They gave me a quote within 1 or 2 days. I had received some other quotes as well and was able to negotiate them down to match the lowest quote I received for the exact same product. They came out to do a final measurement and sign the contract. Once I got approval from my HOA, I called Brother's to give them my credit card number to place a deposit so they would order the windows for me. I was told it would take about 3 weeks and they would contact me. After 3 weeks, I called the original salesperson to get a status and was told he would have someone call me back. I waited 2 days and didn't hear anything back. I called the general number for Brother's to check on the status and was told the person in charge of this would get back to me later that day. I didn't hear anything. At this point, I felt like they had just taken my money and who knows if they even placed the order for my windows. I only wanted to get a status to see if we were still on track since I would have to take time off work for the installation. I sent a scathing email to their general email address and finally got a call back. They said the windows would be done in another week (so it actually took 4 1/2 weeks to order the windows, not 3 weeks as originally quoted) and scheduled an installation date. They also said it would take 2 days to install (the original quote in my contract stated it would only take one day). The installation process went pretty smoothly.
